Kathleen has a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology and Development and has worked in the healthcare, medical device, publishing, computer security, communications and global distributions industries. She is an experienced corporate trainer, coach, business writer, public speaker, and shadow consultant for various organizations.

As vice president of Pick My Brain, Kathleen will emphasize the importance of social responsibility and holistic approaches to organizational structures and talent strategies. With more than 17 years of experience training business owners and managers in customer service and sales, she works with clients to take their businesses and careers to the next level.

Through the assessment of a company's structure and the development of detailed procedures, Kathleen has been able to provide fair and reasonable services that transform a company into a profitable enterprise.
