Ray Aldrete is a senior associate in Pick My Brain, Inc. Prior to joining PMB Ray worked as a consultant in industries ranging from manufacturing to financial services. He provided direction and leadership in organizational development and management effectiveness. He has also served as an executive with two major healthcare and scientific research organizations.

Ray is a certified coach with Coach Training Alliance. He served on the boards of both Health and Science Communicators Association (HeSCA) and the Association of Biomedical Communication Directors (ABCD). With his vast experience in fine-tuning work processes and implementing change, Ray has helped many small businesses understand the power a service mentality plays in expanding customers' satisfaction and spend.
